All about TRUFFLES … catering for over 35 years
It all began in October 1983, with the opening of our doors in The Broadway, Woking. Started by a brother and sister team, Stephen and Helen Keane, Truffles soon built a reputation for quality food, exceptional service and value for money.
With the increasing demand for quality catering, speedy quotations and financial planning, Cliff Corbett joined the family business in 1987. The need for larger kitchens soon became a priority, and within eighteen months Truffles opened in Byfleet.
Further expansion took place in 2005 when Stephen’s brother Paul joined Truffles and we moved to a purpose built 3,000 ft² kitchen. With this modern air-conditioned facility, we are now able to cater for all sizes of parties and events.
We are committed to providing you with quality fresh food prepared by our head chef Dom Sibley, his team of chefs, catering assistants and delivery personnel. Nowadays Truffles employs over 20 permanent staff, many of whom have been with us for 15 years or longer – ensuring you get great consistency, day after day.
