It all began in October 1983,
with the opening of our doors in
The Broadway, Woking. Started by a brother and sister team,
Stephen and Helen, Truffles soon built a reputation
for quality food, exceptional service and value for money.
With the arrival of Truffles to Woking came the birth
of the working business lunch delivered to your office, Playtex
being our first customer and still supporting us today!
With the increasing demand for
quality catering, speedy quotations and financial planning,
Cliff Corbett joined the family business in 1987. The need
for larger kitchens soon became a priority, and within eighteen
months Truffles opened in Byfleet.
Further expansion took place in
2003 with the recruitment of Paul Keane from Inter-continental
Hotels & Resorts, to develop Truffles operations,
training and development.
On 31st May 2005 Truffles moved
to a purpose built 240 sq metre kitchen. With this state of
art facility we can now handle any function, however
large or small.
