It all began in October 1983, with the opening of our doors in The Broadway, Woking. Started by a brother and sister team, Stephen and Helen Keane, Truffles soon built a reputation for quality food, exceptional service and value for money. With the arrival of Truffles to Woking came the birth of the working business lunch delivered to your office, Playtex being our first customer and still supporting us today!
With the increasing demand for quality catering, speedy quotations and financial planning, Cliff Corbett joined the family business in 1987. The need for larger kitchens soon became a priority, and within eighteen months Truffles opened in Byfleet.
Further expansion took place in 2005 when Truffles moved to a purpose built 240 sq metre kitchen. With this modern air conditioned facility we can now handle any function, however large or small.
Woking Borough Council has recently launched a Hygiene Rating Scheme and this gives Truffles Caterers the top score of 5 indicating we have achieved and maintain the best results for hygiene competence, structural compliance and confidence in management.
At Truffles catering we are committed to providing you with quality fresh food prepared by our head chef, Dom Sibley, and his team of experienced staff. We are a local family-run business, established for over 25 years, who can be relied upon to provide exceptional service and value.
